Development Bank of Turkey received 48 million euros long-term loan

Development Bank of Turkey and KfW Development Bank signed Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Loan Agreement recently for financial support of renewable energy and energy efficiency investments in our country.

The loan amount of approximately 48 million Euros provided under the guarantee of the Treasury will be used for the renewable energy and energy efficiency investments objecting environmental benefits, preventing climate change and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Acting General Manager Metin Pehlivan expressed that Development Bank of Turkey maintained successful cooperation with international financial institutions and reached 2,2 billion USD amount of financial sources including 619 million USD provided solely in 2013. Today, the Bank is receiving diversified fund sources to finance the manufacturing industry as well as energy, energy efficiency, tourism and health services sectors.
