To finance Fixed Investment Expenditures of projects in the Sectors& promoted by Undersecretaries of Turkish Treasury with an Investment& Incentive License and/ or defined in the annual activity programs of KALKINMA.


Joint Stock Companies making investments in the sectors of Industry, tourism, education and health are eligible entities to be financed.


Credit ratio is determined according to the result of Project Appraisal Report prepared by the experts of KALKINMA.

Depending on the project characteristics between 5 and 7 years including 2-year grace period.
