Kırıkkale Governor Project Support Office was opened on December 4th , 2009 by Yusuf Hakan Güner, Kırıkkale Governor, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Özbayrak, Kırıkkale deputy and Abdullah Çelik, Chairman and CEO of Development Bank of Turkey. From 25 August to 4 September 2009, Development Bank of Turkey gave seminars titled “Training of Trainers” to Project Support Office experts about the preparation of feasibility and project process management, and a work flow chart was developed to determine Project Office's working methods. Having started its activities before the official opening, Project Office completed 7 projects, one of which being financed by the Social Solidarity Fund. Moreover, Project Support Office experts began to give seminars about project process management in the province.
