To finance the investment expenditures ( the goods, works and services) of energy production projects based on renewable resources ( wind, solar, geothermal, wave ,tide, biomass and hydroelectric generating facilities) as well as energy efficiency projects carried out by& the private enterprises ( more than 50 percent of the shares held by persons or companies).

The private entities having a certificate from the relevant local or national authorities compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations of Turkey for the renewable energy and energy efficiency investment projects are eligible to use this loan.


Maximum $ 50.000.000 for a project.


Maximum 75 of the project total cost.


Minimum 15 % of the renewable energy project total cost.Minimum 25 % of the energy efficiency project total cost.


Minimum 4 Years including minimum 1-year grace period. Maximum 25 years including maximum 10-year grace period.Usually maturities up to 14 years including 4-year grace period are proposed according to the results of project evaluation studies conducted by the experts..
